This section tells you the total number of Google Documents you have for that account as well as how many gdoc, gsheet, gslide, and gdraw files you have backed up and converted since the last scheduled backup.
From here, you can create a new Google Document, edit your backup schedule, change your conversion options, and see which files you have backed up in your local system.
